Hi I'm trying to work on the images of my Powershot G7 MK2. These are CR2 files and elements doesn't aceept these. According to the website a plugin should help (9.6 or higher) but that won't install.

Before re-install of elements, It seemed to install, but after I checked, the version of the plugin was still 9.5 and since I have re-installed elements completely, it won't install at all.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Leo

Hi John,

Thanks for your answer.

It is unfortunate that there is no other solution. But I will probably end up buying Elements 15.
