      Hello there,

      Please refund two purchased programs which I had absolu.tley no knowledge

      of purchasing your products.

      (On a side note I have been on disability for over 15 years and living just

      above the poverty line. I'm not trying to play the sympathy card, but I

      really have to watch my $$ & cents, If my circumstances were different I

      would not even bother getting with a refund). The following Products,are

      the ones which I am requesting a refund on. Adobe pdf (Adobe acrobat

      reader) in the amount of $10.85 and Adobe Export pdf (Adobe acrobat

      Reader). in the amount of $25.93. I would like to thank you should you

      choose to provide me with a refund. Thank you for all of your hard work.
