Files missing when after effects starts up

Whenever I start After Effects my computer says that I am missing some files. Before the last update, After Effects was working fine. I tried it on my other computers and it was working fine so it is a problem with this computer. It is a Windows 10.

This is what pops up whenever I start it up. What is wrong and what can I do to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
