Is there prototype recording feature over windows 10?

Hello, i just saw a tutorial where the prototype preview was being recorded as well but i am unable to find the feature on windows 10 version! Am i missing a step or the feature hasn't been updated over it yet. Thanks

No record preview on Windows 10

The feature normally appears in the Desktop Preview. On Mac there is a record button in the upper right. It makes a relatively low data rate MP4.
