downgrade CC 2017 to CC 1 2013 &/or CS6

#1. i need to purchase & install previous versions of CS6 & CC 1 2013, "downgrade", Microsoft allows to downgrade. Avid ProTools new licenses, include all older licenses for compatibility, from 64-bit to 32.bit.

i have ProTools 12.7, USB ilok includes licences for PT 11 & PT10.

WaveArts Tube Saturator v2 license includes Free v1.33.

Adobe does not,

with the latest Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App v4.1.1.202

2017 Tutorial is for an OLDER CC Desktop App, that allowed to Downgrade.

if i install an older Creative Clould Desktop App, automatically updates to the latest versión and it won´t allow to run downgraded.

I NEED AN OLDER VERSION.

LATEST VERSION REMOVED COMPATIBILITY with OLDER HARDWARE i have,

HW was launched in 2009 and discontinued in 2016.

but...

Adobe Media Encoder / Premiere removed support since 2013,

i tested CC 2014 and did not work.

i could not test CC 1 2013,

but CS6 trial Works Flawless in Windows 8.1 Pro x64

also there is a software called:

Adobe Update Management Tool, included in CC 2014

allows to download updates for CS6, "6.0.1, 6.0.2, 6.0.3, 6.0.4, 6.0.5, etc..."

but is NOT INCLUDED in CC 2017.

If you want CS6, ,just install the program.

Then update within the program to the latest build.

2013? I assume you mean CC 7.0

Install the program I think it will be the latest build (not sure).

I tried my best to reload CC 7.0 (on my experimental computer I have all the other versions but never found any way to reinstall CC 7.0.  What I finally did amazed me that it worked but I did have it on another older computer.  I just went to "C:\Program Files\Adobe", copied all the folder and walked it to the other computer, pasted, and low and behold it works like a charm.

That Option Does Not Appear on my CC Desktop App,

i had to manually Download the installers, The Previous Versión is Not available..

Looks to me CS6 is already installed.
