I am new to using stock images and am having issues with separating or isolating images that are from small sets. For example, I have a set of bubbles on a transparent background, and there is a watermark. How do I seperate them?

Hi Monica,

If you just download the file as a preview you will get the watermark on it.

You will need to license the file as per the FAQ here: Stock FAQ: How to license an image with Adobe Stock? in order to get the correct file without the watermark.

Let me know if you still face issues.

Regards,

Sheena

In addition to Sheena's reply, you will also need Adobe Illustrator to use the transparent bubbles. Can you provide an image number? I'm almost positive that it will be a .ai file requiring Adobe Illustrator to work with it.
