Please try following steps and share results

Preference reset InDesign

  • Close all Adobe applications from Task Manager

  • After that delete InDesign folder from

          C:\Users\sbali\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and C:\Users\sbali\AppData\Local\Adobe

  • Restart InDesign from Creative Cloud

  • If Still does not work uninstall InDesign from Creative cloud and delete InDesign folders from

    C:\Program Files\Adobe

    C:\Users\sbali\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

    and C:\Users\sbali\AppData\Local\Adobe

  • Reinstall InDesign from Creative cloud

        For Details Click here Download and install Creative Cloud apps
