we are experiencing this issue since Monday. While working with phonegap build, this happened really often and our solution was to simply wait a couple of hours until it went working again. However, this time we have had no luck until now.
If you search through the support forum, there are so many reports of users who are not able to build signed windows apps. With the exact same error. At stackoverflow you will find a lot of bug posts aswell. There, in some posts, adobe stuff answered that it is "magically fixed" now and one should try again. People also reporting it works. Then after a few hours / days, people again start to file bug reports with the same error. adobe stuff again answers with "it is fixed now", and after a few hours... guess what... it's broken again.
ADOBE: This problem exists since a year or so. We are paying for this service! Why is it broken so often? Why is there no way of contacting you directly?
