Find your last dated backup folder and unzip (extract all on Windows).
Inside the unzipped folder find the catalog file (ending .lrcat) and copy it to Pictures or wherever you prefer.
Double-click on the .lrcat file to launch the catalog in Lightroom.
Thank you, but the last one I see is from May,.. a lot was changed since. Is it possible to back up new one?

See if this link helps:
Or if you wish to start a new catalog use the menu:
File >> New Catalog
Choose a new name and save and LR will launch with an empty catalog.
Thank you! if Im with the catalog opened - and I want to save him to a new one - is it possible on the way that you wrote above?
If you have LR set to backup each time you quit the application you have two choices. Click:
Skip or Backup
Maybe when you try to backup them, the error has occurred. Anyway I suggest totry again but this time use Disk Drill tool. It allows you to backup files. You can read more info on this site. This program includes every bit of data that is on the disk, even the areas marked as free space, which may contain missing deleted files.
