change pixels

Need to set for example 1300 x 544 pixels on my photos , how is that done?? can not find any button for that

Use the Crop tool to change the aspect ratio to that the image to match those figures. 1300 x 544 = 3/1.2553 ratio. Then export it with the long edge matching the 1300 figure.
