This is frustrating. When I log onto my Adobe ID, and click Adobe Story > "Manage Plan," it takes me to a blank page. I am unable to cancel my subscription and I got charged for the next month. Is there a way I can a refund and discontinue my plan?

I'm having trouble canceling my adobe audition licensing. It said that I needed to go to customer service, and my chat was terminated before I could get the license cancelled.
