    Lost my Credits

      Hello, I also lost my credits. I am not even sure how many I had but my credit card date expired and once I went in and renewed the card info all my credits I had saved were gone. Can you see how many I had and retrieve them? I have been a customer with adobe stock and fotolia which merged into adobe stock for years.

          Hi Joy,

           

          I have checked your account and noticed that your unused credits/unused license on 8th of July 2017 is zero and therefore you are not able to see them in your account anymore.

           

          Also, I see that your plan is not active at the moment, if you wish to renew your plan please Contact Customer Care
