trouble sending pdf file

I am trying to send a pdf file trough outlook mail, so i click on preview and it doesn't show the file it turns into a black color not being able to see the fil

Sorry for the delay in response.

As per the issue description mentioned above, when sending a pdf via outlook, preview doesn't show pdf when clicked, is that correct?

Try troubleshooting steps given below:

Reboot the computer, launch outlook and preview file again, does that work?

Could you let us know the version of Acrobat installed on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

And, the operating system installed on the machine-Mac/Windows?

Does this happen with all the pdf files you send via Outlook?
