Hi, tried that earlier but no support resource cane online
It kept saying i m 5th online and wait time is 4 mins , even after 30 mins of waiting
Keep trying . We are just users the same as you so cannot reset passwords. I have notified the wait time issue to Adobe.
Bugger. I was about to suggest checking your Adobe account, but after reading your post properly, I see you can't get that far. We'll put a 'customer needs help' message in what's called the Back Room forum, and I'll add the same message to the subject line of this post.
