two computers one license

hi I purchased lightroom for my Apple about 6 months ago and purchased a new computer {a PC} yesterday.  I understand you get two licenses with lightroom, how do I install lightroom on my PC?

Did you purchase a multi-platform version (PC/Mac with disks for both) or a single platform download?

it was a disk with both but I downloaded from the internet cause I don't have a cd reader.

I have the original redempution code and the product license

The original redemption code would have needed to be converted to a serial key commencing 1160 (24 digits all numbers no letters) and possibly you registered the software in your Adobe account.
