I can't sign in to Creative Cloud. Just get the spinning wheel and a message that "Creative Cloud seems to be taking longer than usual to initialize." Have tried to relaunch CC, and also to restart computer as directed. No help.
What is the problem?

I had some other problems with the computer so I removed both lightroom and
photoshop and restored the computer and this fixed then problem.
