Hi, I have 3 Kobo Aura One ereaders at home. When I try to tranfer books via Adobe Ditigal Edition on Windows today, it says I have activation limit exceeded. So I chat to 2 of the Adobe Agents on the support chat, they refered me here.
Could the forum team please help reset my activation limit, and advice me on how i can avoid this issue again later?
To reset the activation must write a staff person. (staff under the name).
Which staff person? Where to find the staff person's name?
You should check the forum threans. Sometimes you found a staff person and can write this person a private message.
