You would need to edit the image in Photoshop or some other image editor for “straightening” or any other fixups and return it back into the PDF file. (Right click on image and select Edit Image. The image editing program is Photoshop if that is detected by Acrobat although it can be changed to some other compatible program via Acrobat's preferences.)
