Please help me, I have reviewed my account settings and all looks well. I have a pdf open and it shows I am signed into my account. But when I hit convert it gives me this error message" Am error occurred while signing in.
This is making me want to cancel my order that is set to renew on July 14, 2017 because why pay for something that will not let me use it?
Are you trying to use the ExportPDF online service via the interface that is built into the free Adobe Reader? If so, try to upload your files directly to the conversion service: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf - in my experience, this is much more reliable and should always work, even if Reader is not cooperating.
