Have you updated the existing version of the Acrobat or is this a new installation?
You may try repairing the installation of application and see if that helps?
Launch Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation
If that doesn't help, then you may uninstall the existing version and reinstall it- Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X
Let us know if you still experience the same problem.
I have the same problem. New installation. I already tried to repair, it did not help. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015.006.30306.
