- Lightroom version in use
- Crash report. See Photoshop Elements Editor Help | How to Find Crash Logs on Windows
Also, check this article Lightroom: Basic troubleshooting to fix most issues and let us know if that helps to get around this problem.
I am not sure I found the right crash report but I will post it for u here.
