We are using Indesign 2017 on a Windows machine with i5-7500 and Intel HD Graphics (630).
Indesign frequently freezes when we toggle screen Windows (Word/Outlook/Windows Explorer).
To resolve the issue we have to open de task manager and close it and again open the task manager and closing the task manager.
After opening and closing the Windows task manager two times then Indesign is responding again.
And recently a new issue occurred when Indesign is running the Windows mouse cursor is constantly displaying a blue busy cirkle.
Are there other users experiencing the same problems? .

Please close all adobe applications and reset InDesign preferences manually. (This will remove all the InDesign settings)
Go to below mentioned locations
And delete InDesign folder and Launch InDesign from creative cloud.
