I have a Windows 10 machine and Adobe Acrobat XI.
I have been trying now for a couple of hours to try to digitally sign a document that was sent to me with a signature field.
I have gone through the web looking for answers and have tried everything but nothing seems to be working.
Despite having already created the digital ID several times now, the error message that I keep receiving is, "You do not have any digital IDs suitable for signing this document".
Any help will be much appreciated!
Open up Adobe Reader. Click Edit > Preferences > On Identities & Trusted Certificates, Click More.
Then on the left-hand side, click Windows Digital IDs and there should be nothing there. Click Add ID > Import an existing digital ID > Next > then click browse, and you should see your existing digital ID. Enter your password and finish!
