          Most people who see your request here are very likely not able to provide you with the answer you are looking for: We are - with very few exceptions - all users of Adobe's technology, just like you, and therefore don't have any insight into what's going on with e.g. the service you are referring to. If the error you are seeing is happening when you try to export a PDF file to Word or Excel from within the free Adobe Reader, try to upload the file to the online service directly (which is what Reader will do on the background): https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
