Behaviors tab in Tag Inspector panel

    Shalm
When assigning behavior effects to page elements, the effects are associated with the onClick event evn if not specified. In many instances the panel dows not display the behavior when assigned. When the event is changed from onClick to any other event, the behavior is duplicated instead of the effect being reassigne to the specified event. Is this how the panel functions? Or is this a bug? It is very difficult to create behaviors with this.

No it's not. How are you changing the event? You could always just do it
manually by changing onclick=" to onmouseover=" (as an example). But you
can also just click in the link, and use the drop list on the event field to
          select a new event.
