I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock video.
I didn't see a checkout screen (i.e. the purchase just went through immediately) and charged my employer's credit card. So two questions: is there any way to get a refund for this purchase? And is there a way to limit future purchases to only content that is included in my Adobe Stock subscription so that "on demand" purchases are not possible?
As you have mentioned that you have accidentally licensed a video, I would suggest you to Contact Customer Care for refund related queries.
I' m afraid that there is no way to limit future purchases as all the purchase options are available on our website.
