Hi,
What does the case no. refer to?
If you are not able to see InDesign with Hebrew features, you can try the following:
1. From your InDesign application folder, choose to uninstall InDesign
2. Open the Creative Cloud application and navigate to preferences
3. Download a fresh one after making sure you have chosen the appropriate language from the "App Language" menu.
