I ordered a software card for Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 from Best Buy, but when I follow the link to "www.adobe.com/go/getserial" and put in the code that is on the card, it gives me an error message "The code you entered is invalid. Please try again." I just received this card in the mail and I scratched the silver part off of the card to reveal the code, so how is it that it is invalid? I have tried everything with no luck. Can anyone help me?

Jessicab44804736 I am sorry that your redemption code is not being accepted.  Please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care as suggested by Peru Bob.  I would recommend using an alternate web browser, smart phone, or tablet to begin the chat interaction if you have been unsuccessful in your previous attempts.

None of those help. I know what a redemption code is and how to use it. I know you get your serial number after you redeem but I can't redeem the code on my card. And I can not get through on chat to get any help. There are no other ways offered to contact anyone for actual help.
