To Whom it may concern,
I've searched through discussions looking for answers; so know this is a common problem, but I haven't found a solution yet. I have the app on my android phone. The app has only three uncompleted drawings in it (I've deleted the ones I've completed), but it's taking up over 8 GB of data. I can't do anything with my phone now. I bought an SD card and tried to move the app into it, but only a few MBs moved. Where is all this data coming from? How do I get rid of it?
Scott
HI Scott,
I hear of this happening occasionally. Generally, an uninstall, reboot of the device, and a reinstall will resolve the problem.
However, before uninstalling the app, please make sure your work is synced to Creative Cloud. Log in with your Adobe ID to Adobe Creative Cloud. If all your wok is not there, leave your device and the app open so all your work can sync before uninstalling.
Let me know if that solves it.
Sue.
