How do you select multiple layers in tablet mode?

I'm using Photoshop CC on my Surface Book in tablet mode.  I want to select multiple layers to link together but I haven't found a way to do this with just the tablet and pen (or my finger).  Can anyone help?

Use the touch shift key in the modifier keys panel set in preferences show on screen via menu Windows>Mofifier Keys.
