As you said you could not sign a digital document, could you please let us know what happens when you try to sign?
Do you get any message when you try to sign the document?
Is it an issue with a particular document? Have you tried to replicate the same on other documents?
Please let us know the dot version of Adobe application you are using.
To check the dot version, Launch the application and go to Help menu and then click on About Adobe (application name).

I see that you have tried to add some image, however, we are not able to view it as it gives the error Bad Request.
Please use the following steps to add the image file:
- To add the screenshot/Image here, use the insert icon provided on the reply window as shown below:
- Once you click on this icon, you get a small window.
- Click on Insert Image and then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.
- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
Also, please confirm if you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or the Adobe Acrobat DC application.
