Hello-

I am trying to convert a pdf to excel and for some reason it takes me to the pricing page to purchase a plan.  I already have a basic Adobe Convert Plan that allows me to convert to Word and Excel.  When I select a plan to purchase, it states I am already subscribed with that plan.  It worked one time before, but now it does not.   Any ideas?

thanks!

Are you trying to use ExportPDF from within your free Adobe Reader? If so, try to upload your PDF file directly to the online service (which Reader will do in the background, so it's using the same mechanism), and then download the resulting file. You can do that by going to this link in your browser: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf - In my experience, using the online service directly is much more reliable.

That worked!  Didn't even think about that.   Thank you!

I have the same problem (getting pushed to the pricing page) and this sounds an option, but when I go to the web service page, it also prompts me to pay. I just signed up today, but Adobe has already charged my credit card, but has not given me access to the service. Any ideas?

Have you tried to use the web service directly?
