cox business email

i utilize cox for my business email.  in attempt to log in to my email, the coxmail.com site stated i needed to update adobe flash player to log in.  i went to adobe.com and downloaded flash player but still have not been able to log in coxmail.com. what do i need to do

Adobe would not support a 3rd party email service. If you have Flash issues please post in the Flash forums or contact Adobe Support.
