How do I file a formal complaint against Adobe Support.
I am a student and I need the Adobe program for my classes as I am studying Graphic Design.
I have been having payment issues for over two months because they would have my address wrong in their system which my bank requires the zip code to match and it did not matter how many times I change it on my end they would still have my address wrong. I've contacted them over 6 times now and the last time
the associate just disconnected the chat instead of answering my question why my payment wasn't going through.
I am just sick and tired of contacting Support over and over.
Please, if I can just talk to someone who is competent enough to make sure my address match so I can make my payment I would be so grateful.

The issue was never resolved. Instead I just used another bank card.
