Hi all, trying to swap to a paid creative cloud subscription and every time I get to the plans page, the little grey and blue squares page is where everything comes to a halt.

Im signed in, but I notice that the creative cloud logo on the top tool bar of my mac is greyed out and cannot be selected.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Nic

Hi Nic,

That's quite strange!

Have you tried to check the Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud page on any different browser?

Please try clearing the cookies/cache of the current browser and then check again.

Also, try to quit the Creative Cloud process from the activity monitor and launch it again.

Feel free to update the thread in case of any issues.

Regards,

Sheena
