contour net [How to draw a cartoon speech bubble?]

i have some trubble cause i can't find on the internet how we can make a contour of a selection more net

every time i'm fill the contour of a selection i get this result

Well, what is the Selection you start with and what exactly do you do?

If you want clean strokes you should instead of Selections use Paths to create Shape Layers and use their Stroke.

i'm using the circular selection

but i need a circul cause i'm drawing cartoon and i need it for the conversation

and i think it's not a good idea to make a layer for each speech i have already 1 layer for each text

I disagree but one can make one Layer for more than one speech bubble.
