    Multiple Signatures Without Using Cloud

Hi there, Where I work, we have Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, but we do not use the cloud. With contracts, we need multiple signatures. The first person signs, and then sends the document to the next person (via email or SharePoint), but we can't have it locked up for them to sign.

Is there a work around for this without using the cloud.

      Thank you!

          Hi Coramichel,

Yes, you may use Digital id: Digital IDs in Acrobat to sign a document. If you are placing signature fields on the document in advance while creating a PDF, under properties of the signature field there is a tab called Signed. And by default, the action is "Nothing happens when signed." Which means if a user is signing the document unless they choose explicitly to lock the document it should get locked

Let us know if that helps any.
