*Using Windows 7 & Photoshop CC 2017*

So I'm trying to run a script in JavaScript that does the equivalent of clicking File > Automate > Batch manually. I read that you can do this in the Photoshop Scripting manual, but being relatively new to JavaScript, I don't quite understand how to do it. Can someone provide me with a snippet of sample code so I know the syntax?

Thanks very much!

Photoshop ships with a batching script.  Photoshop menu File>Scripts>Image Processor... .  The is a better Plug-in Script you can download and install from the web names Image Processor Pro.  Once installed you access in via Photoshop menu File>Automate>Image Processor Pro.   Both scripts are also supported in the bridge.  Bridge menu Tools>Photoshop>script name
