Cursor flickers/ loading symbol

Hello,

I downloaded Illustrator today and whenever I open the programme my cursor starts flickering and I have a loading symbol next to it.

I read that there could be an issue with an application called webcom, but I don't have this programme so I can't solve it that way.

Since I'm slowly getting frustrated I thought I'd ask here and hopefully someone can help me.

I'm using Windows 10.

By the way: If I open Photoshop for example, everything's working properly.

The software is called Web Comapnion.

You have to search for Lavasoft.
