    Adobe customer Care is Shocking

      Hello,

       

      I used to be able to screen share and speak online to representatives instantly when i had a problem.  This is now impossible.  Does anyone know why this is? have they changed their settings? I am so disappointed.  Does anyone know a way around this or have they put a stop to this all?
