I am currently using a student plan and i have creative cloud on my desktop (windows) and macbook. I went onto my mac today to install my programs. The indesign program. On the cc it goes from 0% to 99%. I then have a pop up that says it is successfully installed. however, going back to the cc it doesnt say open. it is asking me to install it again.

Hi,

I suggest you use the CC cleaner tool once and then re-install. Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

If you still face the issue, contact Adobe Support

Bttw, did you use Move to trash command for InDesign on your Mac?

Hi,

Yes, that certainly affects the installation.

Try restarting your system, then un-installing creative cloud and running the CC cleaner tool.

Ensure you uninstall InDesign using the drop-down in the Creatve Cloud app then run Cleaner before reinstalling InDesign.
