I can't convert PSE15 trial download to a licensed product

I'm a long-time PSE10 user. Four days ago (July 19) I downloaded a PSE15 trial from adobe (http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/PSE/15/win64/PhotoshopElements_15_LS30_win64.exe ). Now I want to buy it. The reminder popup splash screen's "Buy Now" link does nothing. Its "License this software" link takes me to a sign-in page that demands a 24-digit product ID or S/N, which adobe never provided. How can I actually BUY PSE15? Should I just order a DVD version from BestBuy? Or maybe buy from Amazon for $69.99?

it's safer to buy from adobe.  there's just no way to determine if you're getting a legit license when buying from someone else unless they are an authorized reseller, Adobe Partner Connection Portal

there have been problems with licenses that worked for years getting recently revoked because adobe improved their license checks.
