Dreamweaver Crashes even after reinstall

I'm unable to get Dreamweaver to Run without getting the "Program Crashed" with the following info in the details of Why?

Can anyone help me with this issue, I was able to use it fine until I had to log off my Adobe Account on this computer to Log in at work. All other programs work fine, C.Cloud,Photoshop, Flash CS6, Fireworks CS6, etc.

The faulting module is a Windows System file.
