Unable to update photoshop cc 2017

I cannot update photoshop cc 2017. I get a message that states "Update Failed" The specific error stated "UPdate Failed Unable to move the file. Rename the file and then try  again."

uninstall (Uninstall or remove Creative Cloud apps)

then install the most recent version
