I have a client who manually unsubscribed from an email list, but now wants to be added back on. I sent her the double opt-in email with the automatically generated verification link, and she received it. But when she clicked on the link, it went to an all white screen with the pop up error, "Some files on the server may be missing or incorrect. Clear browser cache and try again. If problem persists please contact the website author." And it stays white.
The home site is a muse site - I've published the site again uploading all files and I don't get that error when I view the site itself.
