CC not showing up on timeline

I'm using V 8.1 (Caravan).  I've imported clips that have CC embedded and can view CC in source monitor, but do not get separate CC track in timeline.  Any suggestions on how to get the CC to display as a separate track on timeline?

Hi NealA,

Do you have this option enabled?

Preferences > media > Include captions on import
