To use Photoshop CC after reinstalling Windows

Will I be able to use my Photoshop license after installing another Windows license on my PC?

Hi александраи,

Yes, you can reinstall Photoshop on the same machine after installing another windows license. Install Creative Cloud desktop app > Sign in > Go to Apps> Click install next to the Photoshop CC 2017.
