Hi.

Please can you assist me.

I had to do an update on my laptop and since then my CS3 is asking to re-activate every time I open it.

However, when I click re-activate it says there is no internet connection.

What can I do to re-activate it?

Thanks

Donovan

This is the same old circular response everyone is getting.  I've done this 'suggested' fix 5 times and have the same results.   I was once an Adobe fan, but no longer.  They pull the plug on perfectly good software.  Shame on them.

Did you remove your old CS3 software with the CS Cleaner tools BEFORE installing the replacement?
