How do you get Export PDF to recognize connected to internet?

Hi robertc10638,
Are you trying to use ExportPDF from Adobe Acrobat ReaderDC and seeing an error about connection to Internet?
If so please try to login https://cloud.acrobat.com with your AdobeID and password to use ExportPDF service.
Please let me know in more details if I did not answer to your question.

When I select the link you provided, I receive a message, currently unavailable. I was able to export in the past, but now I receive the connection to the internet message.
