Record side and external monitor glitch out

Using an AJA IoXt driver 12.5.1 with a client monitor on a mac pro 2013 with 32 GB of ram. Randomly, the record side will start flickering, stuttering, and playing random frames and the external monitor will turn green. Shutting down the cpu and the aja box fixes the issue for a while. Any ideas?

Aja says the issue is an Adobe issue since it glitches out on the record side and then is followed on the client monitor.

I connect to the client monitor via an AJA T-Tap, currently using AJA control panel v13.0, on one system and an AJA IO Express on another and do not/have not seen this issue. One system is an iMac the other a MacBook Pro.

Have you tried the v13 software drivers?

What is your renderer set to? {File > Project Settings > General > Renderer}

What is your Mac OS?

OS is 10.11.6. I plan on updating to version the v13 driver today. The renderer is set to the default of OPENCL. If the v13 driver doesn't help, I am gonna set it to software only.

That would be a good test to see if it is a gpu issue.

Also, Aja archives earlier versions of the software drivers so if this problem arose with 12.5 you could try an earlier one.
